Buzz of EverQuest.

I logged on to EverQuest and something weird happened...

...I don't have any drive to play EverQuest anymore. I logged on today because I have nothing better to do. I thought that I could go to Sebilis and get a group so that I could get some phat experience, but...I got bored. I was not even logged on a half hour, and I was bored off my bum!

While I was logged in I checked to see if there was anything happening in my guild...nada. Then I checked our Alliance...nada still. And finally after helping 2 people that were being power leveled, I said screw it, then logged off!

I had a small discussion with a friend that still plays the game routinely, and we both agree that without friendship in the game, it's as good as dead. I lost all the people that used to play EQ. Zilliz has better things to do, I was never great friends with Volatile, Leax plays often, but we sort of lost touch, and my biggest draw to EQ, Riksk, he jumped out a few months ago. The only person left in EQ is Zensunni, but even then, he's not high enough to group with me, and unless I moved back to home and some weird miracle happened, I doubt that I'm going to last much longer in the game.

I'm going to cancel my second account unless Zensunni wants it. I'll switch all the gear from that account to my characters on my main, and then...poof, no more second account. With the increase in prices it's just not worth it. As far as my main...just in case that miracle does happen, I'm going to subscribe for 6 more months. If after that time I still don't care about it, I'll disperse all my good to my friends still in game, then to my guild, and lastly the Alliance.

Anyway...I'm off to surf the net for things to do. Until next time...
