A day of fire and snow

Well, as any of you know that live here in Tahoe, know that it snowed today. It’s pretty weird that it has not yet failed that every time I return home it either rains or snows. Since it snowed we were not able to pick up the pine needle piles in the campground so I just hung out and cleaned my room. I was not dedicated in cleaning it, but I at least got 3 crates out of the way and I only have 3 more to go before I can then actually organize and clean my room.

Mike went home since there was no work that could be done. Not very long afterwards I thought that I should try not to be a jerk and call some of my friends and let them know I was back. I called Eric N. and he came over for a while and hung out playing golden eye and helping me with our huge yearly bonfire.

Each year we have a bunch of slash from the trees that have fallen down in the campground, we then take this slash and burn it down until all that is left is ash. Each year I enjoy watching the pile burn, but it’s a lot more stress then people think. You always have to stay on top of it and make sure that it does not get out of control. My Dad told me that this is one of the jobs that he does not look forward to…I can’t blame him because it takes ALL DAY.

After Eric went home, Mike came back out to pick me up and we went to Andi’s house and spent some time socialising with her and Jamie C. and after that at around 11:00PM we went over to Luke’s house to say hello, but everyone was gone or asleep. We were bummed but then came home and went to sleep to be able to wake up to work on the campground again tomorrow.

Nighty night!

First day home!

Well, today was my first day home! I woke up and messed around until 1:00PM when I went out to work on the campground for a few hours. Mike was the first person to greet me of my friends group, since he managed to call 20 minutes after I was home. He spent the night last night and helped me with the campground today. After we finished working on the campground, I was invited to a party!

Lets try this again…

Well, I didn’t make it out yesterday…there was just too much traffic for me to stress about so I visited my friends in Norco. I must say that was probably one of the smartest moves that I made because I found out a lot of information that will help me in making my decision about what I want to do next year and what I want to major in. I thank Courtney’s Dad Daryl T. and his friend, which I’ve forgotten his name, for helping me think about my choice in a major.

Any who, I better get going so that I can make the best time in getting home! Homeward Bound 2!

The Day the Electricians didn’t stand still!

Today was a complete blast! I did nothing but hang out with Bruno and set up wiring in our house and talk about anything and everything. I’ll definitely remember today for the simple fact that Bruno and I kicked it off as if we were long time friends. It’s definitely a weird feeling to act like that with another as if we have been friends for a while. I’ve had such a hard time making friends, and I think that I have made at least one. Well, that’s not entirely true because I consider my two friends in Norco my friends as well, so…I guess Bruno’s my first Laguna Niguel friend.

Important safety tip for anyone working with electricity: Don’t get shocked!

Starting to pack…

Well, I only have 5 more days until I come home so I figured that I better start packing so that it makes my life easy when I start the drive home on Friday. All I’ll need to do is load my car and drive. Other then pack I was downloading all day and managed to jump on EverQuest just long enough to help a fellow Paladin kill a mob for his epic piece.

Well, it’s now time to watch a movie that none of you have seen yet.

A day of downloading continued!

Yes, I’m still at it again today. I’ve been doing NOTHING but downloading!! I’ve almost got my Dad’s CD set up and made!! Only 4 more hours until I get a very important download that I’ve been waiting for. I can’t wait to watch this movie! I know it’s going to piss off Greg S. when he finds out that I saw it AGAIN before him. Grant A. Already expressed his opinion with a battery of words that I will spare you all. Hee hee, woot!

See you all tomorrow.

A day of downloading

Well this morning I woke up late for an EverQuest raid on Chardok after sleeping through my alarm. It does not help when your only two hours of sleep that night were during the times of the 2 alarms.
